Back glass is a different job from a screen. On the iPhone 14, 15 and 16 the back is its own part, so it comes off in minutes. On the iPhone 14 Pro and older the glass is glued, so it takes longer. The iPhone 17 Pro has a metal back with a small glass window. Ask us about that one.

Why fix it? Sharp glass can cut your hand. Water and dust get in easier. A cracked lens makes photos blurry. A clean back also helps if you sell the phone later.

Lens glass is the small cover over the camera. The camera module is the part under it. If the camera itself is black or shakes, ask us. We check it first and tell you what we can do.

Can iPhone back glass be replaced?

Yes, on most iPhones. At Exotic District in Oakland, the iPhone 14, 15 and 16 back is its own part. That job is often about 15 minutes when the part is in stock. On the 14 Pro and older the glass is glued, so it takes longer. iPhone 17 or Air? Ask us.

Is it worth fixing cracked back glass?

Often, yes. Loose glass keeps cracking, and dust and water get in. A clean back also helps if you sell the phone later.

Can you replace just the camera lens glass?

On many phones, yes. Only the small glass over the camera is changed. That job is often quicker than a full back. Ask us about your model.

What if the camera itself is broken?

Will wireless charging still work?

Usually, yes. We test wireless charging before you leave the store. If something else is broken inside, we tell you first.
