Good to know before you come

  • Your phone stays yours until you say yes. We test it in front of you.
  • We are not a pawn shop. We buy the phone. We do not give loans.
  • We cannot buy a phone that is locked to someone else's account, or one reported lost or stolen.
  • Bring a photo ID. A shop that buys phones has to write down who it bought from.
  • Save your photos first. Then sign out of iCloud or your Google account. We can show you how at the counter.
  • Selling a console? Sign out of your account. Bring the power cable, HDMI cable and a controller.
  • What we check: it turns on, the screen and touch, cameras, charging, battery health, Face ID or fingerprint, and that it is signed out and not reported lost or stolen.
  • We make the offer in person, after that check. What we pay depends on the model, its shape and resale value.
