Switch repair questions
My Switch won't charge. Is it the port?
Often yes. The USB-C port gets loose or full of lint. It can also be the cable, the dock or the battery. We test all of it free.
Can you replace a Switch 2 screen?
Yes, when we can get the part. The Switch 2 is new, so call first. We check stock and give you a time with your quote.
Can you fix Switch Lite stick drift?
Yes. The Lite has its sticks built into the console, so you can't swap a Joy-Con. We open it and put in a new stick.
How long does a Switch repair take?
We tell you the wait with your quote. Coming in late? Call first.
My Switch plays handheld but not on the TV. What is broken?
It can be the dock, the cable, the charger or the port. We test all four here, free, and then tell you which one it is.
Will my kid's game saves survive the repair?
A screen, port or Joy-Con repair does not touch saved games. Back up to Nintendo cloud anyway if you can.
