We tell you the price before we start. Nothing starts until you say yes. If we find another problem, we ask you first.
Your data
Back up your phone before you bring it in. Some repairs can erase a phone. We don't look through your photos or messages.
Parts
Some parts are not made by the phone's maker. Ask us which part your quote uses. After a repair, a phone may not be water resistant anymore.
Warranty
Repairs come with our 60-day limited warranty. Read what it covers on the warranty page.
No fix, no charge
If a repair attempt does not fix the problem, you do not pay for that attempt.
Picking up
We text or call you when it's ready. Please pick it up soon. Ask us how long we can hold it.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. We'll make it right under the warranty. Unless the law says otherwise, the most we owe is fixing it again or giving back what you paid for that repair.
