Six things that move the number
Every quote comes from the same six questions. Read them and you will know why one phone costs more than another.
1. Your model
The part is most of the price. A newer phone uses a newer part, and that costs more. A bigger screen costs more than a small one. Folding screens cost the most of all.
2. The screen type
A phone screen can be OLED, LCD or rebuilt. Each one looks different and each one costs different. We tell you which one we have for your phone. Read how to choose a replacement screen before you say yes.
3. Is the part in stock?
Popular phone screens and batteries take about 15 minutes when the part is in stock. If we have to order the part, it takes a day or two. The price can differ too, because the part comes from a different supplier.
4. More than one thing broken
A cracked screen on a bent frame is two jobs, not one. A bad port next to a weak battery is the same. We tell you before we start. You never find out after.
5. Water
Water damage never has a set price. We open the phone and clean it first. Then we see what the water hurt. Only then can we give you a number.
6. Back glass, with or without the camera lens
Back glass is one job. Back glass plus the camera lens is more work and one more part. Tell us if the lens is cracked too. On the iPhone 14, 15 and 16 the back is its own part. That job takes less work than on older iPhones.
